Through years of planning experience, the Ever Ash Weddings Team has broken down their services within what they believe to be the four major avenues of wedding planning: Management, Planning, Design, and Production. We strategically partner with our clients to outline clear responsibilities within these avenues to provide the most streamlined, organized, and enjoyable planning experience for everyone involved. We are happy to remove or add any service to what we describe as partial or full-service planning to create a bespoke proposal that fits your needs.

WEDDING PLANNING OFFERINGS

PARTIAL-SERVICE

These services are perfect for the couple that has already hired a majority of their vendors, and wants to be heavily involved in the planning process. You feel comfortable communicating with vendors, taking our vendor recommendations to go through the vendor selection process on your own, and feel like you have an understanding of the planning process. What you do need is help with "where to start," staying organized, professional planning intel, creating your layout and timeline, and wrapping up all of the final details when we near the wedding month.   • Reconciliation of Final Counts - For food & beverage, rental orders, etc. so that you can enjoy the months leading up to the wedding!

FULL-SERVICE

These services are perfect for the couple that has very little time to plan, or that feels lost when it comes to planning.  You need someone that you can trust to be your voice when it comes to vendor hiring & communication, to schedule appointments and meetings, and to handle the various tasks that arise throughout the process. You need more call time and face-to-face time with us, as we are your main POC throughout the process and serve as a liaison between you and your vendors! These services are perfect for the couple that either has a general sense, or no sense at all, of their dream wedding design. From the welcome signage to the reception tables, you need a professional to partner with you from concepting to production. You greatly value the design component of the wedding day (most of our brides do!), and need someone that will be in the trenches with you obsessing over every last detail!   • Design Consultation - This is when we get to know you as a couple, understand the things that are important to you both, and ask any design-driven questions that may help us along the design process to curate a design that fits you two to a tee. You want a special quote incorporated in the wedding day? A favorite song? A special memory? We take note, and brainstorm ways to incorporate these personal touches throughout the wedding day.

  • Curated Design Kit - We gather your inputs from our design consultation, and turn them into a curated design kit that takes you on a design journey of your wedding day from start to finish. The following are areas of design we can create for you conceptually -
